Implementation process
Flash diagnosis
The first step in supporting a company in its digital transformation is to determine its I4.0 maturity index, that is to say, where the company falls on the digital transformation scale and its ability to adapt to such a process.
Flash diagnosis is a quick diagnosis, taking 1 to 2 hours and performed either through a self-administered questionnaire, or with an expert’s support.
In-depth diagnosis
The in-depth diagnosis is made through field observation and interviews with the business managers of the company.
This diagnosis allows flow mapping, assessment of management rituals implemented in the company and its performance indicators, but also the definition of objectives and areas for improvement. It will then be used to establish the roadmap for an I4.0 project within the company.
Establishment of a roadmap
The roadmap is a collaborative process between the company and neotex 4.0 center that allows the identification of the work lines to be started in order to meet the objectives and needs expressed by the managers during the diagnostic stages.
Implementation of solutions / contact with the ecosystem
The competency center neotex 4.0 center supports the company in the implementation of 4.0 solutions:
- It suggests appropriate industry 4.0 solutions based on business needs
- It connects companies with technology providers that meet their needs
- It ensures the monitoring, coordination and reporting on implementation of the I4.0 project

The competency center ensures coordination between these different components in order to best help the manufacturer in meeting their needs in terms of technological solutions, whether through contact with technology provider or with research laboratories. Neotex 4.0 center also supports the industrial in their fundraising through contact with donors or support structures.
